This is a voting thread for Libcloud 1.0.0-rc2. 1.0.0-rc2 is a community pre-release for the 1.0.0 major release. The goal of the release is to give the community an opportunity to test and give feedback for some pre-1.0.0 changes.
Why isn't this called 1.0.0-pre2? Whilst the PEP states that pre1, pre2 is a suitable appendix for a release, pip doesn't understand it and assumes the user meant rc1.
