A Hungarian language check exists already in python, check http://tkltrans.sf.net or http://www.danielnaber.de also with 2 graphical interefaces for text files. (tklspell in C and ptkspell in perl/tk)
Check the Hungarian rules, (hungarian.xml), any addition, improvement is welcome. In Oo an interface is still needed to the various grammar checkers, that is an other, relatively independent problem, they would very likely also welcome any help.
