At last i have made a link at suggested page but do not know how to
assign it to Laurent Godard.

So Mr. Godard plz add it to appropriate servers etc so it can be
download and install able. files are made by saving as the orignal txt
file. credits are in Urdu but it does not matter. license is GPL but
from my team i grant its rights to OOo under license terms of OOo.
OOo is LGPL but many spellchecker are GPL and are externally installable
with DicOOo. So the licence is not a problem, can remain GPL
u are right Mr Laurent Godard it is not listed under drop down lists of
OOo language lists.
Yes it is but in CTL languages only - Ourdou (Pakistan) in french

is it normal that .aff and .dic have the same size ?
