yup aff and dic files have exact size because they are made from same txt file.
Well, that txt file is obviously a plain wordlist, there is no affix file in the package. http://sourceforge.net/docman/display_doc.php?docid=29374&group_id=143754 has a good overview about affix files, what they are good for and how they are constructed.
