it just hit me as well... i saw that entry earlier, but without the 
little icon on its left (a blue check with ABC's). this was before i 
added tl_PH as it's own entry in dictionary.lst. with the method you 
gave in another post, it changed and suddenly had the ABC and blue check 
icon... i guess it was only waiting for it's own entry in .lst instead 
of assigning it to en GB... thanks again.
