Well I'm not sure about other languages but I know that Tagalog is
already part of the language list in the Format/Character dialog since
quite a few versions, since I submitted that issue myself following the
integration of language-guessing.

I'm not sure about the locale that language is using though.
But if you already have a Tagalog dictionary and know the correct locale
you should have no problems.

Just check the Format/Character dialog and it's list of Western
languages. ;-)
