Try going to the meta-inf directory

taglib.cftld and commenting out the entry for cfexecute.

You could maybe then put an execute.cfm in the cftags folder which would
display a message telling them that cfexecute couldn't be used.

In the vast array of XML config files for CFMX, does anyone know if there is
a global setting to disable certain tags regardless of what is set in the
CFADMIN.
