Sure - the range of available plugins alone is reason enough - 

Need css support?, db support?, need to edit an xml document?, dabble with
<spit>PHP?</spit> - or do something in java? Grab one of the tons of plugins
and have it all available within the same IDE. Not to mention source control
support and being able to compare the current version of a page with the
version before you went to the pub ;-)
