Funnily enough the list of cf functions is one of the things I missed but
recently have found I no longer need it (although I do admittedly have to
some times refer to
http://livedocs.macromedia.com/coldfusion/6.1/htmldocs/function.htm#wp308286
2)

It might be an idea to add a feature request. Did I mention there are 2
in-built browsers - one of these I requested (and was it was added almost
the next day) specifically for referring to online help.
