Once a supplier is no longer valid, they are deactivated. This basically means an update which has to occur on around 6 tables at the same time. The updates are currently done via 6 cfqueries but the apps using SQL server, so i'm thinking that using a trigger would make sense. Anyone think of anything more appropriate or are triggers the best way?
