You shouldn't really use CFCs for outputting. If you must then use
cfsavecontent, and output as a variable instead and cfoutput on the
page.

Inside the CFC use <cfsetting enablecfoutputonly="true">, then wrap
page output in cfoutput, should help alot.

How oh how? I am using a few outputting cfcs and the page is verily
filled with whitespace. I have tried turning manage white space on in
the server management (and through a udf from cflib), it does not work.
I have also tried a udf from cflib that strips white space from a
string, but it won't logically work in this context (I can't get the
output of my function as a return string without rewriting the lot to do
so).

I know that cfsilent works, but this cannot be wrapped round everything
because of nesting issues.

Any other solutions?

Thanks, dominic
