I don't care how its done as long as I get the ODBC date time thing in the
database in the form ...

{ts '2005-07-09 00:00:00'}

So can I use ....

StartDateTime = CreateDate(StartDate & " " & StartTime & ":00");
      EndDateTime = CreateDate(EndDate & " " & EndTime & ":00");
