Yeh, thinking that much.
<noscript> does not work on all browsers and I need to check for JS so
as I can provide for all users, pain in the arse.

Why don't you just use <noscript></noscript> it is easily the best way
to handle it.
With CF being a SERVER-side product I am 99.9% sure this is not possible.
