Thanks, guys - still no further forward. Attempted the wsconfig.exe, but 
unsure which one (remember this is a three-step install), and the one I 
did try gives errors re "_JVM_GetClas...." etc. There are pointers for 
this error on the (dreadfully slow) Macromedia site, so I'll try working 
through those before giving up and trying another install.
