Yes, something like that - though I was going to look at CGI.REMOTE_ADDR

Then it's a question of either blocking them completely, or inserting a 
message into the (dynamic) page they steal to the effect that they are 
nicking it without authority, while still allowing their users to see it. 

Or change the page to a 'if you want to see this data, click 
<mysite>here</mysite>.....'
