I have a requirement to write a customer feedback system that will integrate
with a product called sunrise. Sunrise stores helpline calls and does loads
of fancy bits and pieces. I believe it uses MS SQL for its backend. I was
wondering if anyone had done anything similar or could pint me to a few
examples of feedback systems.
