Funnily enough thats the easy bit (even for me)
I was wondering if anyone had done any management stuff with the data
collected via integration with sunrise.

Make a form.
Ask for name, email, feedback (and anything else u want)
User fills in forms and submits it.
Form fields are inserted into database.
Pretty simple really.

I have a requirement to write a customer feedback system that will
integrate
with a product called sunrise. Sunrise stores helpline calls and does loads
of fancy bits and pieces. I believe it uses MS SQL for its backend. I was
wondering if anyone had done anything similar or could pint me to a few
examples of feedback systems.
