While we're talking about Eclipse.... ive been trying it out here and 
there but theres one thign i cant seem to find.. is there a way of quickly 
uploading a file via ftp like when you hit "Ctrl+Shift+U" in Dreamweaver.

Ive installed the FTP/Web DAV plugin and it allows the uploading of 
changed files, but seems awfully long winded when all i want is to quickly 
update one file.
