I think the argument is that you only want to use TABLEs for formatted
tabular data. You don't want to use TABLEs for layout of non tabular data.
i.e. you wouldn't use CSS to layout tabular data i.e. you wouldn't use
tables to layout non-tabular data
Also, I have seen some arguments to use TABLEs to layout forms by CSS
guru's. But, perhaps that's up to the developer.
