I need the code for a CMS so that users can easily see what keywords are finding their site.

You'll have to maintain a list of all the different ones against the domain. Worse still, new SEs enter the market all the time, so your up to date list of different variable names will be out of date in no time. And then, there's nothing stopping google changing the name of the variable (unlikely though). To be honest, I'd just store the query string and then look at it with human eyes now and then. Actually Google will help you out with keywords used go to http://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/ for all sorts of useful stats about your domains. And then register for Google Analytics, which is pretty sweet. And a half. With chips.
