However, at long last we are looking for a new developer (yippee!) and after using web listings and agencies, absolutely nothing has come up. We are looking for a junior Coldfusion developer, but of all the CVs I've seen are either too experienced (because to begin with most of the work will not be too challenging for a hot developer) or the junior candidates can barely spin a complete English sentence. Am I really asking for too much? We're based in sunny Edgware, North London and are about as laid back (and cynical) as a company can be (and still make money). And we have a Lidl right next door, if that helps (if it doesn't help, it's actually about 50m away).
