Depends what your sharing on the screen doesn't it.

If you have a video window on the screen that will be broadcast along with
anything else you're doing. 

For screen sharing goto meeting is excellent for video you could also check
out Red5 which is an open source flash com server
http://www.osflash.org/red5 

For conference calls 08702233344 (pow wow now) choose any pin then give it
to your clients (national not premium rate)

Hi Alex. Gotomeeting doesn't do video (not essential though) and I don't
want my clients to pay premium phone rates. I chickened out of the free
trial when it asked me for a credit card number. 8-7
