I'm having trouble getting a client upgraded too ... unfortunately Adobe
UK Customer Services are being ... a pain (again!).
I'm currently working with Jason Delmore to try and resolve this.

I'd love to but I can't even get as far as step 1... enter new license key.
Why? Because Adobe tell me they don't have any available yet for
subscription customers. Is that cockup or bull?
