Well you can use mod-rewrite with ColdFusion on Apache as you would with PHP.
If you are using IIS then ISAPI re-write does the same thing.

Subject: [CF-Dev] Rewriting URLs

>- see footer for list info -<
Hi,

First post, been lurking for a while, so happy to meet you all. :o)

Quick question, (I'm not a CF developer so apologies if this is really
basic...), but is there a way to rewrite CF URLs with lots of query parts to
be human friendly?

I've had some experience using the mod_rewrite module using PHP/apache
systems and was hoping there would be something similar for CF?

Cheers!

Neil Ford.
