Couple of really simple options off the top of my head -
1.  Perform the two queries separately and then just do a query of queries
to combine them
2. Create a view from one database to the tables in the other database.
Then you can just combine the queries since they're in the same datasource.

I seem to remember there was a way to do this by first stating the database
in the table name, i.e.

myserver.mydatabase.tablename

but for the life of me I can't find the reference.
