>- see footer for list info -< Thanks for the thoughts, Kev. I've checked the code and the cfdebugs are definitely commented out except one which lives inside a cfcatch. The whole mail routine is inside a cftry so I can capture and diagnose any runtime errors. Strangely, cfcatch wasn't triggered which adds to the puzzle. Maybe the GC overhead error completely blew up every bit of code that was supposed to run.
