I develop locally on 1024 and use tables set to around 800 or 750 and center
alignment to avoid stretching, extra white space better than display probs
used to have:-) Setting page background colour can also make it appear  you
are serving up a page custom built for 1024 and up, this probably won`t work
for pocketpc devices tho.
