umm ok well if this is the case, then you need to let someone know - this should not be the case.
I do admit that it was like this in the past (a while ago, aka the allaire days) but out support system has been changed radicly since then. if you are still having this kind of responce from our support team, please e-mail me off-list and we can get it addressed on a case by case basis.
