Don't worry too much about code being stolen. Get yourselves a decent Legal Expenses Insurance and if, after all your attempts to save it, someone still steals it, sue the b******s and make some more money from it.
Also bear in mind that most ideas are never as original as they seem and if someone steals your ideas or code it won't add up to much.
