It's not exactly what I had in mind, as I was thinking of the difference
between calling a local cfc, as a service and as a component.
The 40-50ms might be due to the network speed rather than the cfc response
time..
So
<cfinvoke method = "method name"
vs
<cfinvoke webservice = "URLtoWSDL_location"
