We usually use BT Trustwise:
http://www.btignite.com/uk/products/trustservices/products/server_produc
ts/web_server.html

You can even download a free trial server certificate to try out before
you buy. Their support services are very good too. On the occasions that
I've had to call them they've always been on the ball and retuned my
calls promptly, though that might have been something to do with their
being based 500 yards away from my office ;-)
