BTW, a question I really *should* know the definitive answer to, but if
you post from an http:// page to an https:// page, are the form
variables encrypted in transit? i.e. does the browser detect that the
next page is encrypted and post them as encrypted values as part of the
next page request? I suspect the answer's no, but it would be a massive
help if I'm wrong.
