I've been running Apache 2.0 for about 5 months now, and the only
problem I've had is with sites that use cgi.path_info.

In Apache, this won't always be the same as it would be in IIS. If there
are no URL variables, and no path info variables, path_info will be the
same as cgi.script_name in IIS. In Apache, it will be empty.

Not sure if that's the only time there's a difference, but it's one to
watch out for if you're using search engine safe urls.
