Respectfully I have to disagree with you. Since it uses dreamweaver templates, you could put the dynamic content in the non-editable portions of the page.
You could use contribute to create pages that get included as dynamic content. You could create an action that gets fired by the save event, which allows you to create dynamic content from the data that has been entered into the template. There are, in fact, a host of ways you could use it for dynamic sites.
