Hi all you Smart People!!! (OK, yes that was a suck-up opening line!!!) I have been requested to show all the database fields as a spreadsheet or access database tables for my telemedicine system. When I try to export tables as a list, I get ALL the data within the tables, not just the fields being queried. When I try to diagram, and eventually do an Excel spreadsheet showing sub-databases and fields, the Query Analyzer basically blows up and all I get is a fat gray line (database too big?)
Anyway, any ideas on how to do this painlessly and (hopefully) easily?
