Well, I am told there's Serv-U (http://www.serv-u.com/), WarFTPd (http://www.jgaa.com/index.php?menu=154) and GuildFTPd (http://www.guildftpd.com/). I have never used any of those, so maybe you wanna take a look at them.

WarFTPd seems to be free as well. :-)

business environment? Key things I am looking for are: thorough logging,
stability, control, accountability, ability to handle 100+ concurrent FTP
sessions. IIS's FTP server does not log enough (such as when you exceed the
concurrent connection limit for example). Ideas?
