I tried to setup WarFTP a long while ago, and struggled to do so. Maybe I was just being dense or something. Then tried GuildFTP which was very straightforward by comparison (and is also free). It logs pretty much everything. don't know how many concurrent processes it handles. gives you plenty of control.
