Hi again, Am having real trouble trying to use the built-in Verity functions on the CF server. Basically I have the CF server software on SERVER_A (which is also where I will create my collections), but the directory I want to index is on SERVER_B.
However, when I go into Index on Verity Collections, I have to provide a Directory Path for the information I want indexing. If I click on the Browse Server button, then this only shows physical drives, and not mapped drives (which is how I was hoping to link to SERVER_B). I've tried typing in the mapped drive eg: h:\help\documents but this just comes back as an error. Does anyone have an idea how to do this? From what I can see, you can only index documents on the same server as the CF server software, unless I have a separate Verity server, which is not an option.
