Back again... Why did I put SQL 97? Its 7... duh!
Anyway, all these lovely suggestions of importing, exporting and sticking a couple of nails into it are very well but... well I don't have a copy of SQL 2000. Fairly obvious really, otherwise I'd not be asking. And much as I'd like to break into my piggy bank that currently has 3 million in it, that would just be a dream, so its unlikely. Anyway, I've gone back to the client and asked them to export it as 97 (or sort out whatever error is forcing it to break)... with any luck I'll get it back before next August.
