I'm getting J's instead of �'s again. I have tried both � , chr(153) (or whatever it is) and £ but none of them work.
I have this at the top of the page: <META HTTP-EQUIV = "Content-type" CONTENT="text/html; CHARSET=Windows-1251"> which I think has something to do with it. Please help.
