Hi This rings a bell but I can' remember the specifics. I'm not sure if this is The Same issue but I think its caused by an xml configuration file which sometimes gets corrupted. A backup version of the file is also in the same folder which I think you use to replace the corrupted version. Does this ring a bell to anyone? I'm pretty sure I had the same problem. Unfortunately it was on my home machine so I don't have any specifics. If you don't get it sussed I'll have a look tonight. I cant find the Technote either unfortunately.
