Check your server and app logs for more info
Its not unheard of for the Error message to be of topic
Also output the #CurrentPath#\#file.ServerFile# and confirm its correct
Also try cffile.ServerFile file.ServerFile is the old deprecated tag
yes it still works but its worth a try

There is enough disk space 1.5 gb. And all other sites on the same
server
are able to send emails.
And I tried to remove attachment then it is fine. The problem is only
when
it is with attachment.
The path of the file exists and the file is being uploaded before the
email
sent. This process working fine for a long time.
thanks

Check hard disk space and maybe permissions? Looks like CF cant create
the mail message in the spool folder
