A logical guess. It might that your server doesn't have permission to the directory that is used to hold the attachment temporarily before building you mail and sending it... e.g. c:\windows\temp or whatever...

And all other sites on the same server are able to send emails. And I tried to remove attachment then it is fine. The problem is only when it is with attachment. The path of the file exists and the file is being uploaded before the email sent.
