Its an update so you will not have to re-install anything. Make sure that you do not install it into a directory with spaces in the name. Sun changed some settings in the new JVM that MM bundled with Redsky and they recommend you use the default installtion dir.
These speed of first time page compilation is amazing and they have fixed so many bugs I have lost count. I'm running it here on 3 boxes. 2 windows and 1 redhat 9 running Jrun 4.1.
