Sun's JVM that MM have used for Redsky seems to have a huge disliking of directories with spaces in. This could be your problem.
For the hot-deploy dir just put the jars into lib and restart the server, Redsky will automatically find them and make the classes in them available. Do you think spaces in the class path would be a problem? When you say hot deploy directories, what do I do here: add my jar files into the physical location for {server dir}/cfusion/WEB-INF/lib ?
