Hmm, well I did the install, restarted CF and everything seemed to work
straight off -- no connector changes etc...  :o\  I guess the new stuff
is backwards compatible, but there might be changes to the code so I'll
find and install it anyway...

I ran what I had and it worked, so I guess the livedocs are wrong.

Also, there appeared to be hardly any information regarding upgrading
from 6.0 to 6.1 -- you have to pick out the appropriate bits.  The only
bit specifically for upgrading in
http://livedocs.macromedia.com/coldfusion/6.1/htmldocs/install4.htm is
point 12:

"(Update from ColdFusion MX) Copy the files in the backup directory that
you specified when running the installer back into your ColdFusion MX
directory structure. Ensure that files from the backup directory tree
overwrite any files with the same name in the ColdFusion MX directory
structure. "

Now was it just me or was there no "backup directory that you specified
when running the installer", therefore no backup files to copy back into
the directory structure?
