The project I'm working on at the minute we used some of the Prince2 templates, to create our own risk assesment documents, project plan, network diagrams etc. However although the project's large there's only a small team working on it . I've now largely dispensed with any Prince form of project management strategy as it created it's own workload. I found the project analysis before we started was helpful, although timescales proposed were very unrealistic.
