just wondering, why would you use CFHTTP to read the file rather than just
<cffile action="read"> ?  Is it faster?

Upload the CSV file to an accessible area of the site.

Use cfhttp to read the file and retrieve all the records and loop through
them.

Delete the file.

I think you have a limit of about 2Meg on the file size for cfhttp (correct
me if I am wrong).
