Anyone know of a small program to check the weight of webpages?Depends what you want. If you want a tool to tell you how much data is transferred in an HTTP transaction, can easily be done (from command line with telnet, or use CFHTTP and check the headers if that's not a preferred way of doing it).
Otherwise, if it's a piece of software you want, then get OpenSTA and learn how to use that. Very useful bit of kit.
