You can create an alias in the client network utility and specify the
port there.
Then just use this alias in enterprise manager/query analyser.

Subject: [ cf-dev ] Port 1433

Guys,

I need access to my SQL server at home, but NTL block port 1433.
I know where to change the port that SQL server listens on, but where
can you specify this in Enterprise manager when adding a new server
connection, I can find no option to change the port.
